Goldilocks rug pad experience
2nd attempt to get the pad the right size. Took months to get a replacement. We had to return it to the store and pick up the new one. First one was too small. Second one was too big so rather than returning it to the store again we cut it( not that easy with regular shears) to the correct size. Pad itself is pretty good. Has a non slip side and area rug is now pretty soft.

Rug
Carpet has shedding too much and we understand it's new it happens but couple of weeks later it's still doing it Our kids can't even play on it Terrible product and terrible customer care They won't take it back Won't shop there again
